Introducing Userback Workflows a new way to manage your feedback projects and work seamlessly with your design or development flows. Now, you can manage your feedback status from the project menu and receive notifications when feedback status changes.

Better project tracking

Workflows let you easily assign stages to your feedback project management making it easier to view, manage and track feedback within your projects. When feedback is submitted from your web site or app, now with workflows, you can easily push feedback through each workflow status until resolved.

Align project workflows to your internal processes

Every organisation is different, we all have different names for each project status. Create your own workflow by customizing each status. Feedback status can be changed by simply clicking the Workflow toggle.
